Yes! In fact we prefer to come out ahead of time. One of the owners, Tom or Dan, will meet you at your convenience, for a quick look-around, then we’ll all know what to expect on moving day.
You’ll get a clean-cut crew that’s highly skilled as well as efficient, honest and friendly. Our trucks are big, modern, clean & well equipped. We’ll have a contract that details how & what we charge for.

We charge hourly. This rate includes: The crew, truck, fuel, blankets, dollies, wardrobe boxes & insurance. We don’t start the hourly rate until we arrive at your door. We simply charge for the time it takes to load, unload and double the drive time. What is double the drive time? If it takes us 15 min to drive to your new place, we simply add 15 min to the end of the bill. This pertains to local moves only. ( a CPUC requirement )
One of the Owners, Tom or Dan, will come out ahead of time, look around, and give you a flat rate price, in writing. This usually takes about 15 minutes.

No, all charges are in the hourly or flat rate given.
